Our Journey

Osushi Train was founded by Anna þorstrinsdóttir and her brother Kristján þorsteinsson, who brought the concept of sushi served on the train to Iceland and managed it with excellence for over 10 years.
The keys to Osushi Train have now been handed over to Silbene Dias, an experienced executive chef trained in Brazil and France.

Silbene Dias is a Brazilian entrepreneur in the food industry.
She brings over 21 years of experience in Iceland and has managed other restaurants and catering services locally.
Osushi Train in Hafnarfjordur recently reopened at a new location.
